About the Job

• Building and designing machine learning operations platforms
• Developing and designing machine learning services with which you can create and provide innovative solutions based on existing machine learning models. You will work on exciting and challenging use cases in various industries, such as processing large amounts of data or building agent-based AI systems.

Who You Are

• More than 5 years of experience in developing machine learning based applications or training machine learning models and deploying models into production
• Experience in deploying and optimising ML workloads in virtualised/container-based environments
• Good knowledge of DevOps/MLOps tools and cloud computing (e.g. Kubernetes, vSphere, Hyperscaler)
• Sound knowledge of computer science, mathematics or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with common ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms and computer science
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• German language skills at a native level (C2) and fluent English skills (at least B2)

It would be optimal if…

• You have a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in artificial intelligence, computer science or a related field
• You have already gained experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
• You are familiar with data engineering, stream processing and virtualisation tools
• You already have experience with the optimisation and operation of large language models

Deine Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Konzeption von Machine-Learning-Operations-Plattformen
• Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Machine-Learning-Services, mit denen du innovative Lösungen auf Basis bestehender Machine-Learning-Modelle erstellen und bereitstellen kannst. Dabei arbeitest du in verschiedenen Industrien an spannenden und herausfordernden Use Cases, wie der Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen oder dem Aufbau agentenbasierter KI-Systeme.

Was Du Mitbringen Solltest

• Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Machine Learning basierten Applikationen oder dem Training von Machine Learning Modellen und dem Deployment von Modellen in Produktion
• Erfahrung im Deployment und der Optimierung von ML-Workloads in virtualisierten/Containerbasierten-Umgebungen
• Gute Kenntnisse von DevOps/MLOps-Tools und Cloud-Computing (z. B. Kubernetes, vSphere, Hyperscaler)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Informatik, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
• Beherrschung von Programmiersprachen wie Python oder R
• Erfahrung mit gängigen ML-Frameworks und -Bibliotheken (z. B. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Datenstrukturen, Algorithmen und Informatik
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2), sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

• Du einen Bachelor, Master oder Doktortitel in künstlicher Intelligenz, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet hast
• Du bereits Erfahrung mit Cloud-basierten ML-Plattformen (z. B. Azure, AWS, GCP) gesammelt hast
• Du vertraut mit Data Engineering, Stream Processing und Virtualisierungstools bist
• Du bereits Erfahrung mit der Optimierung und dem Betrieb großer Sprachmodelle hast
