As we expand globally, we’re building a dedicated tax function to support our international growth. We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on (Senior) Manager – Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning to take the lead in establishing and scaling our global tax operations.

Your Role

As our (Senior) Manager Tax – Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning, you will be a cornerstone of our growing tax team. You’ll own the further development of our Transfer Pricing and strongly collaborate in tax planning with the head of the tax function and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Transfer Pricing (TP)

• Responsible for the TP documentation in strong alignment with external advisors
• Further development of TP Policy
• Support of subsidiaries in TP questions
• Preparation of audit files incl. audit trail
• Review of (new) business models

Tax Audits (Focus on TP)

• Support tax audits in strong collaboration with external advisors
• Lead dispute resolution processes

Tax Planning

• Support international tax planning
• Develop business tax strategies

Project‑related work

• Monitoring of EU and OECD initiatives and implementation of relevant legal requirements (e.g. DAC)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualifications: Completed degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification; Certified Tax Advisor
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in a tax advisory firm and in‑house tax function at a global company. Proven track record managing transfer pricing and tax planning.
• Technical knowledge: Strong knowledge of tax laws.
• IT skills: Experience with ERP systems and DATEV.
• Industry expertise: Experience in a dynamically growing, scale‑up with a B2B focus, or in a corporate environment, is a plus.
• Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above).
• Work style: A high level of initiative and a proactive, structured approach to work.
