Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Berlin (Hybrid, 2 days in the office) | Full-time

Our client is a global leader in B2C e-commerce technology, operating across multiple markets in Europe, the UK, and the USA. This role will focus on driving integrated marketing campaigns across Europe, bringing together partnerships, sponsorships, influencer activity, and digital channels to deliver measurable results.

The Role
You will lead and coordinate multi-market campaigns across Europe, translating customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies. Your work will ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and delivered effectively across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across Europe, integrating multiple channels and stakeholders.
• Translate insights and trends into strategies tailored to local markets.
• Manage campaign planning, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Track, measure, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Contribute to the European marketing strategy and campaign roadmap.

About You

• Proven experience leading multi-market campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong track record in strategic campaign planning and delivery.
• Solid understanding of how channels work together to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager.
• Data-driven with strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer tech advantageous.
