Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our advanced optical systems team at Nokia (Nuremberg), responsible for the design and development of next‑generation optical modem technology operating at the highest data rates and transmission capacities.

Requirements

This role requires deep expertise in digital communication theory, advanced physical layer modeling, signal processing, lab testing and debugging. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, high‑performance environment to drive innovation in coherent optical transmission systems.
