Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Fiduciary –  International – PFS

• As a Payroll Officer , you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Our partner expects you to handle employee queries regarding payroll, providing timely and personalized support to clients.
• Given the nature of the role, you will be required to ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including Luxembourg's social security and tax laws.
• To maintain the high quality of service, you will need to stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
• After gaining experience in the role, you will also be expected to assist junior staff members , contributing to their professional growth through mentorship.
  

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Fiduciary –  International – PFS

• Our partner is seeking a candidate with 3 to 6 years of experience in a payroll role within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four in Luxembourg.
• For this role, fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
• A solid understanding of Luxembourg payroll laws, social security, and taxation is essential for the position.
• To be the ideal candidate, you should possess excellent interpersonal and team-working skills , with a strong client-focused mindset. < br>
