Joining us, you will

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure on AWS using ECS, Fargate, Kafka, RDS, Redis, and EC2
• Leverage Terraform and Terragrunt to provision and manage cloud infrastructure
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Foster a DevOps mindset across the engineering team, focusing on developer experience
• Monitor and ensure reliability using DataDog, and proactively improve system observability
• Collaborate closely with engineers to design secure, resilient solutions that meet their needs
• Maintain a strong focus on security best practices in all infrastructure and operational work

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience with AWS infrastructure
• Proven working experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar
• Hands‑on expertise in AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go or TypeScript)
• Security‑conscious and able to design with security in mind
• Customer‑obsessed mindset — treating engineers as your primary customers
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on enabling and empowering teams
