Overview
As Senior Process Lead you are responsible for the design, control and continuous improvement of a defined end‑to‑end business process (e.g., Lead‑to‑Opportunity, Order‑to‑Cash). You ensure that the process delivers strategic impact through clear responsibilities, stakeholder alignment and measurable results.
The position is to be filled in Germany. Only English resumes are considered.
Responsibilities
- Business Process Ownership – Own, manage and continuously develop a cross‑functional business process within Trusted Shops’ standard operating model. Align the process to defined KPIs, compliance standards and documentation practices.
- Workflow Analysis and Optimization – Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to rationalise business value.
- System Integration and Performance Monitoring – Translate business requirements into system configurations (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora) in coordination with technical teams and monitor performance against defined metrics.
- Stakeholder Alignment – Collaborate with key departments (Sales, Tech, Customer Success, Account Management, Enablement, Finance, Legal) to define process requirements, roles and organisational targets.
- Documentation & Change Enablement – Maintain accurate process documentation (SOPs, process maps) and support change introduction through structured change initiatives, training materials and cross‑functional enablement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process ownership, business operations or transformation, ideally in a SaaS or cross‑functional B2B environment.
- Proven success in leading process improvements in sales, customer success or related functions.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Familiarity with business tools (Salesforce, Zuora, HubSpot, etc.) and their role in executing business processes.
- Excellent language skills in German (C1) and English (C1). Only English resumes are considered.
