What you’ll be doing

• Leveraging AI-assisted design tools (Figma Make, Replit, Lovable, and others) to accelerate prototyping, enable cross-functional contributions, and gather valuable insights directly from customers;
• Owning the design lifecycle, from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery;
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives;
• Partnering with user researchers to gather insights, validating solutions, and driving evidence-based design decisions;
• Developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring a cohesive and seamless product experience;
• Mentoring and supporting design team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and growth;
• Staying updated on emerging design and AI trends, applying them strategically to enhance our product suite.

What makes you a great candidate

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field;
7+ years in Product Design, with expertise in digital and mobile-first products;
Proven experience in iGaming, sports betting, or related fields (sportsbook familiarity is a plus);
Proficiency in Figma and Protopie, with strong knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows;
Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like Figma Make, Replit, Lovable, or similar AI-powered platforms;
Knowledge of UX data tools like Google Analytics is a bonus;
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
A portfolio showcasing mobile-focused, user-centric designs is essential.
