ilert is the platform that helps engineers detect, coordinate, and resolve incidents. We are evolving from simple paging to Agentic Incident Management , where our AI SRE actively analyzes logs, correlates deployments, and suggests remediation alongside humans.

Role Overview

You will shape the user experience for our next-generation, AI-driven incident response platform. This role is for a systems thinker who can own the experience from concept to production.

Your Mission

Build a platform that turns chaos into clarity. You will bridge the gap between complex machine learning and a stressed engineer, creating trust in autonomous decisions.

What You Will Do

• Architect Agentic Interfaces: Pioneer new UX patterns for Human–AI collaboration.
• Manage Cognitive Load: Design for the “3:00 AM user,” presenting only the essential signals.
• Own the Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end design from customer research to high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
• Scale the Design System: Evolve our design system to align with our frontend stack.
• Data Visualization: Design complex data displays—timelines, dependency graphs, heatmaps—legible under pressure.
• Mobile-First Excellence: Ensure the full incident lifecycle is managed seamlessly on iOS and Android.

Requirements

• A Manager of One: Autonomy in goal setting and self-direction.
• Technically Fluent: Understand browser constraints and flexible layout techniques.
• Craftsman: Focus on micro-interactions, empty states, and loading animations.
• Systems Thinker: See how changes ripple through the product (e.g., on‑call schedules affecting escalation policies).
• Experience: 3+ years in Product Design with a portfolio of complex B2B SaaS or developer tools.
