Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases for ATM and cash dispensing devices.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Automation, Hardware, and End-to-End testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management)
• Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and QA documentation.
• Validate automation scope and maintain automation scripts using approved frameworks.
• Manage test data provisioning and ensure compliance with masking policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for defect resolution and environment setup.
• Support migration from HP ALM to new test management tools and CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity).
• Travel to field locations if required to validate and troubleshoot device issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM or other test management software, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and familiarity with CI/CD tools like TeamCity.
• Knowledge of ATM hardware, XFS protocol, PBM, ISO message formats, and encryption solutions.
• Experience in backend trace analysis and cloud infrastructure testing (GCP, Kubernetes).
• Expert knowledge of Windows system (Service / Win32 API / System Internals)
• Expert knowledge in programming languages C and C++, JAVA and .Net
• Expertise in UI automation using Selenium and Tosca.
• ORACLE OCI programming experience, ORACLE 19c P/SQL know-how
• Experience in hardware automation frameworks and scripting for device testing.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hardware Knowledge:

Experience in operating and maintaining device processes (cash box/paper change, banknote/paper jam removal, printer paths).

Location: Frankfurt Test Lab (primary lab for SSD product area) and Düsseldorf (CD product area). Physical presence required for ATM testing; remote testing possible for some applications

Tools & Frameworks

Current tools: HP ALM (migration planned), TeamCity for CI/CD. Automation frameworks include Selenium, Tosca for UI automation, and hardware automation tools.

Language Specification

Resource must be fluent in German (read, write, and understand) and have sufficient English proficiency as well, as the opportunity is based out of Frankfurt & Düsseldorf, Germany.
