Senior Regulatory Environmental & Sustainability Advisor (Remote)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing environmental solutions that impact air, water, and soil quality. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative and scalable strategies that aid clients in achieving sustainability goals. Your expertise will guide projects from planning through decommissioning, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety and diversity within the organization.

Accountabilities

• Provide technical expertise and leadership for projects related to environmental management in the infrastructure sector.
• Contribute to business development, including client account management and leading proposals.
• Deliver expert advice and act as a Technical Advisor on various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for consistent project execution.
• Mentor intermediate and junior team members.
• Participate in maintaining a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant discipline (engineering, environmental science, etc.).
• Registered as an environmental professional in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in environmental management or consulting.
• Proficient in geographic information systems and data analysis.
• Experience with infrastructure regulatory approvals and programs.
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication capabilities.
