For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a Senior Risk Manager (m/f/d) .

Aufgaben

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision‑making
• Perform data analysis to inform risk strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Design and implement automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation solutions
• Develop and maintain automated control systems to ensure compliance and quality
• Monitor and optimize control processes to reduce errors and improve performance
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of control systems

Profil

• Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a risk/compliance/audit team of a financial services organisation or in an audit or advisory company
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of process automation tools
• Familiarity with control systems and automation technologies
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English (German or Dutch a plus)
