Your mission

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities across DACH and potentially the broader Europe region. You will leverage your proven experience in solution selling methodologies (such as NEAT, Challenger, or Solution Selling) to identify and close deals with mid- to large/enterprise sized organizations seeking solutions to manage their sustainability related programs and embed sustainability in their operational and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through structured solution sales processes.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations that align client ESG challenges with our tailored SaaS solutions and consulting services.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales outcomes, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Actively collaborate with product management and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and seminars to establish thought leadership and enhance market presence.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully selling SaaS and professional services, ideally in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or related industries.
  • Deep expertise in at least one structured sales methodology (NEAT, Challenger, Solution Selling, SPIN).
  • Demonstrated success in early-stage growth environments, exhibiting adaptability, resilience, and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Ability to engage C-level executives, articulate value propositions clearly, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles effectively.
