Senior SAP HR Consultant - Technical Role - Long Term Contract This role delivers end-to-end SAP HCM solutions to optimise HR processes and ensure seamless integration with other modules. You will translate business needs into functional designs, lead customisation and testing, and support users for effective adoption. Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyse business requirements.Participate in Agile rituals.Document solution designs and functional specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams.Coordinate test activities, including unit testing, integration, regression and automation.Support and guide users on operational issues during hyper-care. Essential QualificationsAt least seven years of experience in HR flows and module integrations.End-to-end SAP HCM functional knowledge, covering Payroll, Organisational Management, Personnel Administration and Talent Management.Proven ability to translate requirements into functional IT specifications and solution direction.Skills to create functional designs, contribute to architectural roadmaps, customise systems, test solutions and train key users.Experience in scaled Agile environments with DevOps.Strong communication and negotiation skills for cross-sector interactions.Proactive, results-oriented approach with coaching abilities.Hands-on customisation experience with SAP Fiori time writing.
