Your Mission
As Senior Project Engineer, you will be the technical and commercial bridge between ARDELT and our customers—qualifying needs, delivering actionable work packages, and managing projects through to successful realization. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, engage directly with clients, and ensure every project upholds ARDELT’s standards for quality, reliability, and commercial success.
What You’ll Achieve
- Rapidly deliver qualified proposals and manage projects from enquiry to handover—continually raising the bar for turnaround and quality.
- Ensure high-value projects (each above €100,000) are realized on time and at or above target margin.
- Develop and integrate a robust customer feedback mechanism and project management framework to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales, engineering, and purchasing to deliver results, resolve challenges, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to ARDELT’s growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities in global markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical acumen in engineering (reading design drawings, interpreting specifications)
- Proven project management capabilities, with proficiency in MS Project and CAD software
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance technical and business priorities
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (additional languages a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 5 days/month)
