WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Background in Software / System Engineering with experience building and operating production-grade data and compute intensive systems.
Good understanding of distributed systems orchestration and networking.
Proficiency in system design handling scaling strategies and balancing trade-offs like availability vs consistency and latency vs throughput.
Define reusable patterns and build tools that accelerate development and improve operational excellence and efficiency.
Well-rounded understanding of managing business-critical systems in cloud infrastructure following best practices for observability and scalability.
Interested in real-time data streams low-latency systems and working with different data storage retrieval and processing approaches.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills self-starter with high autonomy and a focus on knowledge sharing and team growth.
