Role Overview

As a Senior Developer at Cluu, you deliver solutions from concept to deployment, owning projects and leading small developer teams while ensuring technical excellence throughout the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Manage and drive end‑to‑end development projects – from requirements to release.
• Micro‑Team Leadership: Coordinate a small, cross‑functional team and foster collaboration and quality.
• Solution Design: Develop smart architectures and scalable solutions for complex customer challenges.
• Customer Understanding: Translate customer needs into technical concepts and advise on digital strategies.
• Coding Excellence: Write clean, testable code and uphold best practices (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SOLID, Unit Testing).
