Senior Specialist SAP Technology (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP BASIS architecture, S/4HANA, and HANA DB, designing and optimizing modern cloud landscapes
• (First) experience on SAP RISE Private Cloud and the specific collaboration model respective workshare with SAP
• Utilize tools such as SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, and automation solutions to optimize operational and development processes
• Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR) and company-wide archiving strategies
• Manage platform administration topics, including transport management, upgrades, and system copies
• Assess technical risks and their impact on complex system landscapes, deriving appropriate measures

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Platform Management of SAP BASIS architecture, S/4HANA, and HANA DB in cloud environments
• Practical experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, automation tools (transport management, upgrades, system copies) and integration tools (CPI, PI/PO, API Management)
• Strong understanding of GDPR and enterprise-wide archiving strategies
• (First) Experience in SAP RISE Private Cloud and its collaboration and workshare model with SAP
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development and collaboration with an (offshore) SAP development team
