About the Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing, international e-commerce business in the home & lifestyle space to hire a

Senior Supply Planning Manager . This is a key role responsible for driving end-to-end supply planning across a complex, multi-SKU portfolio. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimising inventory, and aligning supply with commercial strategy—all within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Own and manage the

end-to-end supply planning process

for a defined SKU portfolio Monitor and optimise

inventory and supply KPIs , identifying root causes and implementing improvements Ensure

healthy stock levels , strong inventory turns, and readiness for promotions and campaigns Partner closely with

Sales, Marketing, Buying, and Operations

to align supply with business priorities Continuously refine supply plans based on

seasonality, campaigns, and market trends Drive

process improvements

through automation, analytics, and scalable planning solutions Mentor and support team members , strengthening planning capabilities and collaboration

What We’re Looking For Degree in

Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, Engineering , or similar 6+ years’ experience

in supply planning or supply chain analytics Strong experience managing

complex, multi-SKU portfolios Advanced skills in

Excel and SQL ; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Proven ability to

improve planning processes

in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to

influence senior stakeholders Fluent in

English

(additional languages are beneficial)
