About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our embedded recruitment team, working with a leading player in the Bitcoin and Web3 infrastructure space. You’ll help scale global engineering and product teams that are building decentralised technology with real-world impact.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can move seamlessly between advising leadership and sourcing world-class blockchain engineers. You’ll act as a true extension of the internal talent function, owning the full recruitment lifecycle while shaping hiring strategy in a complex, fast-evolving market.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define hiring priorities across core blockchain and platform functions.
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment across roles in software engineering, cryptography, DevOps, infrastructure, and smart contract development.
- Source proactively and globally, engaging talent from both traditional and decentralised ecosystems.
- Use market data and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and improve process efficiency.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a world-class candidate experience that reflects the company’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, People, and Tech to align recruitment with growth and product timelines.
- Stay plugged into blockchain talent markets, tracking trends, tech stacks, and emerging skills across Bitcoin, DeFi, and Web3.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience, ideally in-house, RPO, or embedded setups.
- A strong track record hiring deep technical talent, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or distributed systems.
- The ability to engage credibly with engineers and technical leaders on topics like consensus algorithms, cryptography, and smart contract development.
- A consultative approach, balancing data-driven insight with strong stakeholder relationships.
- Comfort operating in high-velocity, rapidly changing environments.
- A genuine curiosity for decentralisation, crypto innovation, and the open-source movement.
