About The Role

The Serialization, Systems, and Compliance Manager will ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain, focusing on serialization, supply chain systems, EDI, master data, and compliance within the DACH/ROW region. This role involves managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives for business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead serialization, ERP, EDI, master data, and compliance activities in the DACH/ROW Supply Chain.
2. Monitor daily operations and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
3. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and frameworks, prioritizing patient safety.
4. Coordinate between business and IT teams to support serialization, ERP, and EDI processes.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the supply chain audit-ready.
6. Develop business continuity and risk management plans.
7. Manage master data governance aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in vaccine or pharmaceutical supply chain, focusing on serialization, ERP, EDI, and compliance.
• Knowledge of cGMP and GDP applications.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Expertise in master data management and governance.
• Hands-on experience with serialization, ERP, and EDI implementations.
• Familiarity with supply chain platform vendors (e.g., TraceLink, TrueCommerce).
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, iContracts, and supply chain solutions.
• Highly organized with attention to documentation and continuous improvement.
