Role Overview

Service Leader (f/m/d) – Region Bavaria
For the Industrial Doors, Loading Systems and other product groups division, we are looking for a Service Leader to manage regional operations, ensure compliance, and lead our after‑sales team.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for compliance with the region's occupational safety standards
• Sales responsibility for the region
• Management of service technicians along group KPIs
• Technical and disciplinary management of Service Technicians in the region
• Implementation of the regional calls
• Planning and implementation of regional meetings
• Coordination of information on technical problems and solutions
• Customer management in the region
• Communication and implementation of the departmental and corporate strategy
• Ensuring service quality and quantity in the region
• Determination of training needs and planning in cooperation with the internal training academy
• Communication and implementation of regional goals

Qualifications

• Successfully completed electrical engineering technician training or higher-level training
• Business and electrical engineering knowledge is essential
• Proven leadership experience
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Convincing communication, negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Driving licence class B
• Place of residence in the greater Bavarian area desirable
