Unsere Servicetechniker im Kundendienst sind für die Betreuung unserer Kunden, Zahnärzte sowie Kieferorthopäden im Außendienst zuständig. Neben der Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen wie u.a. Stühle, Einheiten und Röntgengeräten, sorgen unsere Servicetechniker täglich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und Betrieb unserer Einheiten im Praxisalltag und sind für die Sicherstellung der technischen Voraussetzungen beim Kunden verantwortlich. Zur Verstärkung unseres technischen Services im Kundendienst suchen wir für unsere Region **in Hamburg** zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt**Servicetechniker (m/w/d) im Außendienst****Ihre Aufgaben*** Als Techniker (m/w/d) werden Sie regional in und um Hamburg eingeteilt und bedienen die Bedarfe unserer Kunden bis hin zur technischen Übergabe sowie Einweisung der Praxisinhaber und deren Personal.* Sie sind für Neumontagen von zahnärztlichem/zahntechnischem Equipment, insbesondere mit Schwerpunkt auf sterilen Hygienegeräten für die Praxiseinrichtung bis hin zu Modernisierungsprojekten verantwortlich.* Die Wartung und Reparatur sowie die damit verbundene Bestellung von benötigten Ersatzteilen mit den Kolleg\*innen im technischen Innendienstes gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.* Die Klärung von technischen Kundenreklamationen aber auch die aktive Ansprache und Umsetzung von technischen "Vertriebsaktivitäten" (z.B.
