Role Overview

As a graduate Market & Competition Analyst (m/f/d), you’ll support the analysis of global markets, competitors, and industry trends to help shape strategic priorities for our Grid Technologies division. This role is designed for early‑career talent and focuses on building strong analytical, structured thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the analysis of market and competitor developments, including portfolios, technologies, and emerging business models.
• Collect, structure, and synthesize data from internal and external sources to create clear insights and fact‑based storylines.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for management and strategy discussions.
• Contribute to strategic projects such as competitor benchmarking, portfolio reviews, and market deep dives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Products, Service, and Strategy to ensure insights translate into action.
• Learn and apply data‑driven and AI‑supported approaches to accelerate analysis and improve insight quality.

What You Bring

• Motivation to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with curiosity for markets, competition, and strategy.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and confidence translating analyses into clear, compelling visuals.
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in business, economics, engineering, data analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel; German is a plus.
