Overview

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.

Qualifications

• You have many years of professional experience in industrial scaffolding construction,
• preferably in the steelworks sector
• Ideally, you are a certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d) or
• master scaffolder (m/f/d)
• You work independently, conscientiously and are reliable
• You are willing to work flexible hours, shifts and weekends and public holidays
• weekend and public holiday work
• You are a team player and have a class B driving license
• You are experienced in using MS Office

Responsibilities

• You take on the technical and commercial responsibility for scaffolding projects in the industrial sector
• You are the contact person for our customers on site
• You ensure the professional execution of all work in your area of responsibility, especially in costing and quotation processing
• You plan, control and monitor all processes as well as the scheduling and coordination of your own employees and those of subcontractors
• You will be responsible for setting up the construction site, planning the use of materials and equipment and documenting construction site-specific processes
• You will instruct the commercial staff according to company specifications
