Job Responsibilities

• Manage the European team, including task allocation, performance delivery, and setting work objectives for the overseas smart cockpit team.
• Plan differentiated product requirements and implement adaptive development for the European smart cockpit.
• Liaise with domestic cockpit teams to conduct localized verification aligned with vehicle model and platform project SOP timelines.
• Establish and optimize project management standards and processes, accumulate methodologies and SOP templates, and improve team delivery efficiency and work quality.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and stakeholders to drive cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and risks, adjust dynamically to ensure high-quality delivery.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of smart cockpit project management experience; excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; ability to efficiently collaborate with R&D and design teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, WBS, risk management).
• Logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving capabilities; able to quickly identify issues and develop actionable solutions.
• Proactive, adaptable to change, with fast learning ability and strong stress resistance; detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Capable of cross-regional and cross-cultural communication and collaboration; familiar with European cockpit user habits.
