Social Media & Content Manager (Germany)

Location: Cologne Köln (Full-time, Remote )

We are looking for a social media & Content Manager with strong creative and design skills to join our growing team in Cologne. This position combines social media management, content creation, and brand communication — ideal for someone who can strategically manage platforms while producing engaging visual content that reflects our brand identity.

Orzax Germany is expanding rapidly across European e‑commerce platforms. Our goal is to strengthen our position in the German market with premium‑quality, science‑based supplements. To support this growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media & Content Manager to drive our brand presence and communication in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Maps) with consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal topics.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and manage influencer and partnership collaborations, including outreach, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with international marketing teams (Istanbul, Dubai, Poland) to align on campaigns and brand communication.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and viral formats, adapting them creatively for the Orzax brand.
• Ensure consistent visual identity and tone across all channels.
• Prepare regular performance reports summarizing engagement, growth, and campaign results.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
• Experience working with supplement brands or within an e‑commerce environment will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of social media platforms and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, design, or trend analysis is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of brand communication, visual aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Ability to plan, produce, and execute content independently while maintaining brand standards.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (the daily working language).
• Comfortable working in a full-time, Remote, on‑site position in Cologne/Bonn, Germany.
