About the role

VidaCorp is hiring a Social Media Manager – EU to lead social strategy and execution across key European markets, currently including Benelux and Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a fast‑growing beauty brand shows up across social platforms, driving audience growth, engagement, and relevance while supporting broader marketing and commercial objectives.

As Social Media Manager, you will own the development and execution of social media strategy across Europe, ensuring content is locally relevant while aligned to global brand direction. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness and community, while also supporting retail and eCommerce performance through social‑first campaigns, creator collaborations, and platform‑native content.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Influencer, eCommerce, and Commercial teams to ensure social activity connects across all touchpoints and delivers measurable impact.

The role will be based in Berlin, Germany and the candidate must already have the right to live/work in Germany.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the European social media strategy across key markets (Benelux and Germany)
  • Own content planning and publishing across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Adapt global campaigns into locally relevant, culturally aligned content
  • Lead content creation and coordination, including working with creators, agencies, and internal teams
  • Drive community engagement across comments, DMs, and social channels
  • Identify and respond to trends, ensuring content remains timely and relevant
  • Partner with Influencer and Marketing teams to amplify campaigns and launches
  • Collaborate with Commercial and eCommerce teams to support retail moments and product launches
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth), providing insights and optimisation recommendations
  • Manage agencies and external partners where required

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management within beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content formats across European markets
  • Experience managing multiple markets or adapting global strategies locally
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, and earned content
  • Strong content planning and execution capability, including short‑form video
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how social supports retail and eCommerce performance
  • Confident using social analytics tools and translating insights into action
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be a fluent German and English speaker, ideally also a Dutch speaker
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
