What will you do?

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to strengthen Aceve’s brand presence and engagement across digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy, drive social media initiatives, and create impactful content that inspires our audiences — from customers and partners to employees and industry peers. As part of the local marketing operations in Germany you will be part of a close-knit team that sits within the global marketing function.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy.
• Manage and grow relevant channels (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging text, image, and video content.
• Handle community management and interaction with followers, customers, and partners.
• Monitor performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Strategic & Operational Marketing

• Contribute to and execute the overarching marketing strategy.
• Plan and coordinate cross‑channel marketing initiatives and campaigns (digital and offline).
• Collaborate with Sales on lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
• Manage content marketing activities, including website, blog, and newsletters.
• Support event and trade fair planning, communication, and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g. agencies, service providers).

Analysis & Optimization

• Define and track relevant KPIs for marketing and social media activities.
• Create reports and derive actionable recommendations.
• Monitor market and industry trends to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Solid understanding of the customer journey, lead management, and content marketing.
• Strong storytelling and brand communication skills with an eye for design and tone.
• Proficiency with common marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• Hands‑on mentality, structured work style, and the ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks.
