About The Role

We are looking for a Solution Manager Configuration Analyst to join our SAP Team. In this role, you will provide configuration support in line with our implementation strategy that supports our SAP S/4 implementation project. We are looking to add a new member to an already established Solution Manager team.

This position offers flexible work arrangement options: on-site at our facility in Putzbrunn, near Munich, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within Germany.

Responsibilities

• Support the S/4 implementation through configuration of SAP Solution Manager
• Work with project team members across many domains to ensure their needs are met through the SDLC process
• Identify areas where Solution Manager can enable successful delivery of the S/4 project through relationship building and collaboration
• Influence team members to meet at the intersection of People, Process and Technology
• Partner with Basis team to maintain system parameters based on Early Watch reports to ensure the systems work and perform as expected
• Implement the Solution Manager roadmap strategy and meet targeted deadlines
• Configure and maintain 3rd party interfaces and other applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years implementing SAP Solution Manager
• Prior demonstrated experience configuring Change and Release Management (ChaRM) & transport management
• Demonstrated knowledge in Solution Documentation, Test Suite and Test Management
• Proven ability to turn user requirements into system functionality
• Ability to distill Solution Manager roles into requirements and pass to SAP Security team for implementation
• Ability to travel up to 15%

Desired Qualifications

• Experience implementing Focused Build and Focused Build add-ons, Focused Insight and Operations Control Center
• Experience with GxP regulated lines of business
• Demonstrated experience with interfacing Solution Manager with tools such as ServiceNow and Tricetis along with other industry standard tools. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities, proven ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses, customers, vendors, and IT
