It's in your hands

• Creative planning and preparation of dishes and support in menu design
• Managing your own post and taking responsibility for ordering goods for the post
• Production of food for the daily business
• Compliance with and implementation of the HACCP concept
• Interest in passing on skills and expertise
• Deputising for the head chef in his absence

What you bring to the team

• You have completed training in the kitchen and have the relevant professional experience.
• You have the necessary ambition and attention to detail.
• You are familiar with the HACCP and hygiene requirements in the kitchen.
• You enjoy creative work where you can incorporate your ideas.
• You enjoy cooking in a small team.
