Opened in 1971, Hotel NEPTUN is an employer with many years of experience. We employ over 240 staff (m/f/d) and more than 60 trainees from over 20 different countries. Of these, more than 50 employees have been working at Hotel NEPTUN for over 25 years.
We not only cook our own soups and sauces, but also produce cakes, pastries, pies and ice cream. We want to pass on these manual skills to our junior staff and inspire a passion for the profession of chef. Since 1971, we have been able to train over 2,200 young people and are very proud of our many years of being recognised as a TOP training company by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In the kitchen hierarchy, the position of trainer is next to that of sous chef.
