About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic B2B Digital Sales Specialists to join our team on the LinkedIn Project . In this role, you’ll be speaking with businesses across Europe and helping them see how LinkedIn’s advertising tools can boost their visibility, attract the right audiences, and support their growth.

Location : Sofia / Bulgaria (relocation support offered if outside)
Languages : Spanish (C2) + English (B2)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Start Date : 12 January 2026
Model : Hybrid (office and remote)
Salary : 3267 BGN + quarterly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and creative lead generation.
• Understanding client goals and showing how our digital solutions can help them succeed.
• Keeping your pipeline full of exciting opportunities and turning prospects into happy clients.
• Advising clients on campaign optimization, best practices, and growth opportunities.
• Staying organized with up-to-date CRM records and smooth sales processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (B2)
• Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling sales experience, ideally in tech and digital advertising
• Solid understanding of business development and lead‑generation methodologies
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills.
