The Emerging Talent Team ensures the “perfect match” between students and the department. We take note of requirements, define a search strategy, and ensure optimal marketing of the position. In addition, you contribute your knowledge of student marketing and are part of a creative team that establishes Infineon as an attractive employer.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Recruiting for all student positions in Germany: Reviewing incoming student applications, conducting alignment meetings with managers, writing and publishing job postings (internally and externally) on relevant platforms, 2nd best matching of applicants
  • Organizing existing networking events for students in Dresden, such as CV checks, after-work or lunch meetings
  • Supporting our student community in Dresden and acting as a local contact person for students
  • Working closely with department heads and the relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting university relations activities as needed, such as participating in career fairs
  • Assisting with ongoing projects

This position is limited to 2 years.

You quickly establish a trusting, constructive working relationship with our stakeholders and actively respond to different attitudes and perspectives. You are goal-oriented, keep your promises and take on tasks outside your exact area of responsibility in order to move the team forward as a whole.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Completed university degree: in psychology, economics, marketing, or similar fields of study
  • Experience: initial practical experience in HR or marketing, ideally in the area of student recruiting
  • Knowledge: familiarity with the higher education landscape in the STEM field in Germany
  • Skills: strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, structured and independent way of working
  • Mindset: open and solution-oriented mindset, with a desire to drive new topics forward for Infineon and a “can-do” attitude
  • Language skills: good written and spoken German and English
