Are you passionate about human resources and ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a talented Specialist Human Resources to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone either part-time (at least 25 hours) or full-time.

Your impact

• Administrative Support : Offer administrative support related to various HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• HR Systems Maintenance : Maintain and update various HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Document Preparation : Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
• Time-Tracking and Attendance : Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: experience in HR administration is a plus
• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German.

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
