A day in the life of a Specialist NOS Merchandise Planning (m/f/x)

You will be responsible for the weekly NOS reorder in collaboration with our partners.
You will perform updates on partner’s NOS assortments per division.
You will track stock deliveries and take proactive measures to address any delays.
You will provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
You will create top level management reporting.
You will provide detailed analysis to identify potential and risks, same as bestsellers and slow movers.
You will ensure transparency & communication amongst all stakeholders.

What do we need from you?

Minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of planning, partner management, or related field.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, fostering a high degree of team spirit.
Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Initial knowledge of SAP (BW / HANA) would be a plus.
Good command of written and spoken English & German.
Hands on mentality and an ownership mindset.
Fast thinking and agile mindset as well as understanding of the E-Commerce world.
