One Contact Center (OneCC) is the driving force behind the future voice and interaction platform for Deutsche Telekom’s contact centers across Germany and Europe. Leveraging the Sprinklr platform, we unify all communication channels—voice, e‑mail, fax, and digital (WhatsApp, social media)—into a single, powerful client. Integrated with state‑of‑the‑art AI features, this platform sits at the heart of our corporate strategy, enabling us to handle more than 110k calls and 85k written contacts a day.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering: Configure and implement Sprinklr solutions aligned with DT business requirements and best practices.
• End‑to‑End Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle—from business analysis and functional specs to testing and deployment.
• Technical Integration: Manage REST API connections, webhooks, and authentication across Sprinklr modules (Groovy/JS).
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between IT, Business, and Operations, ensuring high product adoption and training client champions.

Your Profile

• Sprinklr Expertise: Experience in configuration and implementation.
• Development & Integration: Proficient in Groovy/JavaScript and RESTful API architecture.
• Voice/Telephony: Experience with SIP, VoIP, IVR, SBCs and similar.
• Soft Skills: Builder’s mindset, analytical thinking, agile collaboration, and fluency in English (German is a plus).
• Innovation: Knowledge of Conversational AI or the telecom industry is a bonus.
