For a leading German logistics provider, we are looking for Strategic Account Manager eRetail with fluent English.

What you’ll do

  • Building, developing, and maintaining long-term partnerships with our strategic key retail customers .
  • Coordinating all customer-related sales activities and ensuring transparent, regular communication on all relevant topics.
  • Collecting key information and maintaining a comprehensive global overview of all aspects of the customer relationship.
  • Creating and implementing strategic account plans to achieve long-term goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Working closely across functions with global teams and business units to address and solve global customer challenges.
  • Leading negotiations, managing contracts, and being accountable for achieving annual sales targets and long-term business objectives.

What you bring

  • Possession of advanced degrees and substantial professional experience as an account manager for retail customersin an international, preferably global, context.
  • Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management and a profound understanding of global logistics processes across the entire supply chain.
  • Strong relationship management and excellent communication skills across multiple cultures and geographies.
  • Proven abilities in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and solving complex challenges.
  • High level of cultural competence on a global scale, paired with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English , good or high level of German would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and to work from Germany (best would be relocation to North Rhine-Westphalia)
