Overview

Relationship Management: Building, developing, and maintaining long-term partnerships with our strategic key customers.

Coordination & Communication: Coordinating all customer-related sales activities and ensuring transparent, regular communication on all relevant topics.

Information Management: Collecting key information and maintaining a comprehensive global overview of all aspects of the customer relationship.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Creating and implementing strategic account plans to achieve long-term goals and drive revenue growth.

Collaboration & Problem Solving: Working closely across functions with global teams and business units to address and solve global customer challenges.

Contract & Target Responsibility: Leading negotiations, managing contracts, and being accountable for achieving annual sales targets and long-term business objectives.

What you bring

  • Advanced Education & International Experience: Possession of advanced degrees and substantial professional experience as a sales manager in an international, preferably global, context.
  • Leadership & Supply Chain Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management and a profound understanding of global logistics processes across the entire supply chain.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship management and excellent communication skills across multiple cultures and geographies.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Approach: Proven abilities in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and solving complex challenges.
  • Cultural Intelligence & Leadership: High level of cultural competence on a global scale, paired with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Language Skills & Travel Flexibility: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with a willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
