Accountabilities:

• Oversee data collection and KPI analysis to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to implement experience enhancements.

• Oversee creation of impact reports and high-quality content for enterprise clients.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for special projects and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment and measurable results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles with strong strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies supported by measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking and data-driven decision‑making.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, audience development, and customer‑centric optimization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing impactful content.
• Ability to influence, prioritize, and operate in fast‑paced and evolving environments.
