You’ll make an impact by

You support in preparing the department strategy and supervise progress.
You prepare the yearly budget, analyze the monthly performance, and drive efficiency together with the managers responsible for the cost centers.
You evaluate and analyze department data to create detailed reports, presentations, and decision templates for the management, and you develop management overviews and analytics with different performance and KPI data.
You update and maintain the department SharePoint.
You support marketing and communication activities for the department.
You coordinate customer feedback survey and align workshop with respective parties for score improvement.
You maintain the inventory list of departments cost centres.

Your defining qualities

You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
You have analytics skills to be able to analyze data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and have knowledge of analytic tools and AI.
You have first work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher.
Proficiency in German and English completes your profile.
