SuccessFactors Specialist

A globally active organisation is strengthening its internal HR IT function and is looking for a SuccessFactors Specialist.

This is a permanent position within the HR department, combining HR process expertise with hands‑on SuccessFactors knowledge and operational HR IT support.

The role is particularly well suited to someone currently working as an HR key user or HR systems specialist who wants to move into a more structured HR IT role with growing ownership and responsibility.

The organisation is in the middle of an active global HR systems transformation, with further optimisation phases and additional modules planned over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as internal contact person for SuccessFactors‑related HR topics
• Support and further develop the existing EC landscape
• Oversee ticketing processes and coordinate system‑related requests
• Contribute to HR knowledge management and documentation
• Deliver end‑user support and training
• Translate HR process requirements into system logic and improvements
• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and internal IT colleagues
• Support ongoing rollout and optimisation phases

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working within an HR department and strong understanding of HR processes
• Solid user‑level SuccessFactors knowledge, especially EC
• Experience with ticketing systems, documentation and operational HR IT support
• Comfortable working between HR and IT stakeholders
• Exposure to light configuration is advantageous
• Fluent German (mandatory) due to close collaboration with the HR department
• Strong English for international project communication
