What you can achieve:

In your role as Supply Chain Excellence Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the efficiency and quality of our supply chain as a strategic staff member reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Operations.
Specifically, you will be responsible for establishing and developing a cross-divisional KPI structure, analysing key figures from all supply chain and operations functions, and moderating performance reviews.
In addition, you will identify and realise optimisation potential along the entire supply chain – from planning, procurement and logistics to production and customer service – and establish standardised continuous improvement processes for sustainable implementation.
As a strategic partner, you will prepare analyses and concepts, support audits, workshops and transformation projects, and actively participate in the further development of end-to-end processes.
As part of active change and stakeholder management, you will moderate cross-functional workshops, communicate progress and best practices, and promote a data- and performance-oriented culture in all supply chain units.

What you bring to the table:

Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, production engineering or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, operations excellence, performance management or a related field
Very good analytical skills and confident in using KPIs, dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Excel Advanced)
Knowledge of process optimisation and Lean/OPEX; Six Sigma is a plus
Strong communication skills and experience working with all levels of the organisation
Ability to structure complex topics and drive them forward across departments
Very good German and English skills
