Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line technical support to staff across various departments
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, software, and hardware issues
• Support and maintain Office IT infrastructure including printers, access points, and thin clients
• Perform basic networking tasks such as configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN
• Collaborate with 2nd/3rd line support teams as needed
• Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
• Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Requirement s:

• Fluent in German (C1 or above) and a strong command of English (B2+)
• Reside near Wiesbaden or Meiningen and able to work on-site
• Educational background in IT (e.g. Fachinformatiker or similar qualification)
• Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Windows OS and user administration
• Thin clients
• Office infrastructure (e.g., printers, Wi-Fi access points)
