Talent Acquisition Business Partner SAP HR / Certified Business Coach and Business Trainer

Role Summary

Effective Talent Acquisition extends beyond traditional recruitment. Our team of professionals combines industry knowledge, sourcing expertise, and relationship management skills. We focus on understanding business objectives, leveraging data and metrics, cultivating strong networks with top‑tier and emerging talents, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Currently we are seeking a German‑speaking Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for our technology and consulting teams across diverse specializations. This role requires a proactive, strategic individual who can leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, competency assessments, background verifications, and industry expertise to attract and engage top‑tier candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define job requirements.
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the ATS: screening, interviewing, summary preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain employer brand presence.
  • Follow and meet internal service level agreements for recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to align on workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Support internal talent development initiatives and engage in external recruitment activities, such as job fairs and collaborations with universities.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in SAP or similar tech consulting companies.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiter is a plus.
  • Versatility in working with AI tools and technologies, strong curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas, tools, and approaches.
  • Experienced recruiter, managing the full recruitment cycle for positions requiring highly specialized and hard-to-find skills.
  • Structured and process-driven, able to manage recruitment workflows efficiently and accurately.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative communicator, maintaining professionalism while influencing stakeholders and candidates.
  • Technically savvy, able to understand technical roles and software systems, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in international or cross-cultural recruiting environments is a plus.
