Team Leader Logistics

Over de vacature:

As logistics team leader, you will manage a team of 10 people. Together, you handle the distribution of car parts. You coach your employees, motivate them to get the best out of themselves and train new colleagues. Under your supervision, work processes run optimally and KPIs are met. You also think about ways to further improve these processes and KPIs.

In addition, you monitor the progress and quality of the issued orders and ensure that everyone works according to the Health & Safety policy and internal safety procedures. You report to the warehouse manager. If the latter is absent, you take over his duties.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
• You have experience managing a team in a logistics environment.
• You have extensive experience in the automotive world, especially dealer direct.
• You are energetic, committed and manage in a coaching/motivational way.
• You have knowledge of 5S, lean warehousing and can work in a WMS.
• You speak good Dutch and English.

• A good salary between €2,700 and €3,100 per month.
• 25 holidays and 8% holiday pay.
• A travel allowance of €0.21/km from 10 kilometres.
