Team Leader (m/f/d) Logistics

For our subsidiary avitea Industrieservice GmbH we are looking for a permanent position in the Lippstadt & Paderborn area for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Logistics.

• You take on the technical management and coordination of your logistics team - with clear lines, open communication and a role model function.
• You work closely with the customer and project management and ensure that the logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently
• You introduce new colleagues in a structured manner, strengthen the team and promote independent working.
• You identify optimization potential, report deviations at an early stage and actively drive improvements.
• Order, cleanliness and quality awareness in the team are important to you - you set an example.

What you should bring

• Completed training in logistics, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist, ideally with further training as a logistics foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in logistics - preferably in an industrial, retail or service environment.
• Initial management experience is desirable - the decisive factor is your willingness to take on responsibility and take people with you.
• A practice-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working - you get stuck in, think for yourself and act prudently.
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and enjoy working in a team.
