In the training department, the OMICRON Academy, we offer practical training courses based on real‑life testing situations and support technical specialists from the energy supply industry worldwide in deepening their knowledge of our products and applications in a targeted manner. For our location in Erlangen, we are looking for an Team Member Training Administration, 80–100% (f/m/x) .

What's it all about?

• You will respond to customer enquiries about training courses, plan and coordinate their implementation.
• You will interact with the pool of trainers, manage training equipment and organise catering for participants.
• You prepare the training materials and training rooms.
• You create, write and manage offers, orders and data in our ERP and CRM system.
• You plan and monitor delivery dates and are responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered in full and on time, including all delivery and customs documents.
• In particular, you will ensure that the training equipment required for courses in Erlangen, at other locations and in other European countries is delivered and returned correctly.
• You will interact with logistics partners, chambers of commerce, customs authorities and other important players.

• You have completed commercial training and ideally have relevant professional experience.
• You enjoy working independently in a motivated team and strive to find the best solutions.
• You have very good communication skills in German and English and a proactive and customer‑oriented working style.
• You like to organise yourself and enjoy working on a PC with different systems and databases.
