Your Tasks

  • In your role, you will be part of our sales team for molecular diagnostics in oncology and hemato-oncology
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in your region
  • You identify new business opportunities and potential customers in your region
  • You take responsibility from the pre-phase of an acquisition to the preparation of the offer or contract negotiation through to the signing of the contract
  • You take care about existing customers and interact with close customers
  • You maintain the ERP/CRM system with relevant customer data
  • You take part in regular trade fairs and congresses national and internationally
  • You will work closely with the commercial teams to ensure effective sales processes

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in molecular biology or comparable
  • You have experience (>2 years) in field sales, ideally in the B2C sector
  • Ideally, you already have relevant experience in selling molecular diagnostic products in oncology or molecular pathology and an understanding of the market in which we operate
  • You enjoy a task in which you can contribute your communication skills and affinity for sales in addition to an understanding of technically complex issues
  • You have an independent way of working and have strong negotiation skills
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
  • You have a driver's license and are willing to travel
