to lead their scientific and field-support operations across key European markets.

"Bar Raiser"

to act as the primary scientific bridge between R&D and the farm gate across their expanding European territory.

The Role

This is a high-level, technical-commercial hybrid position. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting Key Account Managers and distributors across the

European region

by providing the scientific evidence and troubleshooting expertise that drives industry-leading performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Authority:

Lead the nutritional consultancy for the ruminant sector (Dairy/Beef) across your designated European territory. On-Farm Science:

Design and manage farm trials to collect performance data and demonstrate clear product ROI to customers. Nutritional Troubleshooting:

Analyze herd rations and solve complex nutritional challenges for farmers and large-scale merchants. Knowledge Transfer:

Deliver technical training to sales teams and represent the brand at major international industry conferences.

The Ideal Profile

Experience:

5+ years of experience in a technical or consultative role within the

Ruminant/Dairy

sector. Education:

Degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agricultural Science. Hybrid Skills:

This is a field-based role requiring up to 50% travel across Europe. Languages:

Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant advantage.
